Do you know the real meaning of the word Workout? I think some words have a different meaning for fakirs-iron men-kickboxers than they do for normal people. Sit-ups, flutter kicks, leg raises are the training methods for common people, whereas the others prefer working hard under a masochistic and extremely grueling training program based on stomach demolition: abs stomping, heavy trampling, hard jumping etc. For today's workout, our fakir chooses to train with the very muscular girl Little Acab, powerful and sadistic. In this clip you will see fakir's abs subjected to three very hard exercises. First test: Fakir lies down on a oriental rug and does a series of ten sit ups... each time, her assistant Little Acab, does a knee drop, jumping full weight on his stomach. Second exercise: during the second series of sit ups (ten again), Little Acab jumps from a ladder, landing with both feet on him. Third abdominal test: for the third series of sit ups (always ten) Little Acab uses her feet as lethal tools: she stomps full force fakir's belly, sinking deeply in his sore flesh ten times, knocking the wind out of him. What a painful training, poor fakir!
