Cleo wants him to swallow all of her spit. She puts a funnel into his mouth so everything goes right down. Total waste of time to try to fight her - with his hands bound he's completely at Cleo's mercy. She has fun collecting her spit and spit it into his mouth. He has to swallow everything and is just her living spittoon.
