Each part of the foot - toes, soles, heels - has a specific smell, more or less strong. The upper part of the sole - very near to the toes - is the part in which there is the higher concentration of bacterias. Sweat itself is odorless, but it creates a beneficial environment for certain bacteria to grow and produce bad-smelling substances. So, those who love the smell of sweaty feet, usually put their nose right under the toes, in the upper part of the sole, to experience the strongest olfactory stimulation. Ok, that's good, but pay attention: it's not the real smelliest part of a foot!
