Part 1 - In need of help, a sweetheart is inside a clinic seeking help for her constipation! Without further ado, she is laid on a bed with a hole underneath her butt where she proceeds to get a massage that is supposedly going to help her bowel movement! The assigned personnel does his best, but when his efforts served futile, he started seeking additional help! What he does is get his hands on a massive salt rock which he then lays on the sweetheartÂ’s abdomen!
