I have really dry winter feet. I put a heap of Aloe Oil all over my soles. After Massaging it in, I place them right in front of you. Letting the oil soak into my dry rough heels and the balls of my feet. I wiggle my toes a bit, arch my feet with deep poiting toes and mostly just let them sit and relax always just side by side.
