I'm so constipated and bloated! It's been five days and I haven't shit! I've had so much food and water, and the doctor prescribed a laxative. I stuck a finger in my asshole earlier, and I could feel a hard turd inside me. I need to get this shit out of my body since I'm not holding back the urge to shit intentionally.
