On command, the servant fetches an ashtray for his mistress and submissively holds it out to her. But Mistress Anfisa doesn't need it at all - because his slave mouth is her personal ashtray from now on! She lights a cigarette and blows the smoke slowly into his face. So he can start getting used to his new function. Then she deposits ashes into his mouth and lets him eat them. So it goes on and on, until Mistress Anfisa has smoked her cigarette with great pleasure. She extinguishes the cigarette with her spit and makes the slave eat the filter too!
