Two female assistants are training for the performance of the combined weight with a fakir. It is, in essence, to stay on his stomach in different positions (sitting, kneeling and standing barefoot) one minute for each position. Their total weight is 253 lb: Misia Marelli and Little Acab aren't light as a feather :). The abdominal massacre begins with a double stomach sitting (Little Acab sits on fakir's belly, while Misia Marelli sits on Little Acab's shoulders to increase the weight), it continues with a kneeling performance (the fakir bears Little Acab's knees on the stomach, while Misia Marelli sits on Acab's back to reduce fakir's internal organs to a pulp) and it ends with a trampling exercise: both girls should have stand on fakir's belly and stomach... but Misia and Little Acab didn't have the right balance to do it for a whole minute. So, 'cause they lost their balance before the expected time, we decided to end the painful workout with an unexpected exercise: 30 consecutive jumps - full weight (ouch!) - done by Little Acab on Fakir's sore abs. Please, don't try this at home: this kind of workout is insane and can destroy muscles and internal organs of the human trampoline!
