I've put my slave's head in the smotherbox to keep his face in place - as I want to trample it - and I don't want him to be able to put his head sideways to get away from my feet. I shortly trample his chest under my high heels in the beginning, but quickly take them off to concentrate on his face. With his face locked in the box he can't get away from my sexy feet and I enjoy how he's moaning in pain under my full weight and how his body convulses when it hurts him even more ;-) Of course I don't miss the chance to also trample his body and jump on him a little bit :-)
